Product delivery and set up has been super efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. I’m only on day 1, but taking payments is straight forward and the app easy to use. Default setting was to print merchant receipt but not wanting to waste paper, I called Darryl and he talked me through how to disable it. So far, so good!

How do I access my transactions?
Log into the Merchant Portal and select the “Transactions” menu to view all transaction activity.
Why might a transaction be declined?
Transactions can be declined due to insufficient funds, expired/stolen/lost cards, or card-standard compatibility issues.
Where can I see settlements and funds?
The Merchant Portal Dashboard shows all settlement information; if it shows “Not yet settled,” funds haven’t been released yet.
Can I generate reports of sales or transactions?
Yes — the Merchant Portal allows you to generate transaction and sales reports for tracking and accounting.
