What are the hardware specifications?

POS Lite is a 13” full-HD touchscreen tablet with die-cast aluminium stand. The Solo card reader is pocket sized and portable, connects with POS Lite via Bluetooth, with battery lasting up to 8 hours.

Please note that POS Lite is not battery powered and must be plugged in.

POS Lite is quick to set up and simple to operate, with POS software pre-installed and ready to use straight away. When ordered as a POS Lite and Solo bundle, you benefit from a sleek, professional countertop setup while only paying a small transaction fee on each card payment.

POS Lite supports connection to printers, cash drawers, and barcode scanners, allowing you to build a complete checkout setup with compatible accessories.

To upgrade to POS Plus, go to your profile from the dashboard and open the Settings menu. Select Subscriptions or Plans, choose POS Plus, and follow the on-screen steps to complete your upgrade. You can also manage or upgrade your subscription directly through the app by selecting any paid feature.

Yes, POS Lite is compatible with all SumUp card readers except older 3G models. You can buy POS Lite on its own and connect your preferred SumUp card reader separately.

The Epson printer has a compact 127 × 127 × 130 mm footprint and supports both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for flexible connectivity. It features an antibacterial coating with IPX2 liquid resistance for added protection in busy environments. The printer uses 80 mm paper rolls as standard, with the option to switch to 58 mm rolls using the included spacer.
